If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) once the item is returned to us in its original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories,
manuals, and documentation.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund
within 5 business days.
Exclusions
Items damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive
damaged or defective.
