Glide your way to a healthy-looking finish with the Ilea’s Style Flat Iron. Create beautifully straight styles with a smooth glide operation that prevents breakage. Perfect for those who love to heat-style but wish to protect hair that has become thinner and fragile with age. Ceramic tourmaline plates generate negative ions to lock in moisture while a reduced 420°F max temperature safeguards your strands.

  • Protect your hair

Before You Begin, we suggest applying Heat Protectant spray or serum to the hair to prevent heat damage.

  •    Dry Hair Completely

Make sure the hair is completely dry before using the flat iron. You can air-dry, use a blow dryer or use Ilea’s Style Blow Out Brush.

  •    Adjust the Temperature

Set the flat iron to an appropriate temperature for your hair type. Lower temperatures work well for fine or damaged hair, while higher temperatures are suitable for thick or coarse hair.

  •   Section the Hair

Divide the hair into manageable sections using hair clips. This makes the straightening process more efficient.

  •  Start at the Bottom

Begin straightening at the lower sections, taking small portions of hair at a time. Larger sections may not straighten properly.

  •   Clamp and Slide

Clamp the flat iron at the base of the hair section near the roots. Do not touch the scalp! Slowly and smoothly slide the flat iron down the hair shaft towards the ends. If you want to create waves and bounce, , rotate your wrist to turn the iron in toward your head or out away from your head as you run the iron down the hair strand.

  •   Repeat

Continue working in small sections, repeating the process until all sections are straightened. Pay extra attention to the ends, as they are often more prone to damage. Be gentle and ensure the flat iron doesn't linger on one section for too long. Touch-Up if Necessary

After completing the full head, check for any uneven areas or sections that may need a touch-up. Be cautious not to overdo it, as excessive heat can damage the hair.

  •   Finishing Touches

Apply a small amount of Hair Serum or smoothing cream to add shine and reduce frizz.

Don’t leave it on! When you finish using your flat iron, press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn the unit off, unplug it, and allow it to cool before storing.
